Classes are a great way to connect with others at a time when you may feel stuck at home. Either enrol for an available class or get together with a group from your ante-natal class and book a weekly session just for yourselves.
It’s never too late in pregnancy to start and you can resume classes six weeks after giving birth, once you have had your post-natal check-up. Bring your baby with you if you haven’t got a baby sitter.
