About Us

Positive Impact Pilates offers classes in four different venues in order to reach different communities. Classes are small, with a maximum of eight participants, to ensure that everyone receives the coaching they need to perform the exercises correctly. One-to-one consultations and coaching are also available as are classes for pre- and post-natal clients.
